The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings and specialties, including Medical-Surgical, ICU, ER, OR, L&D, NICU, Pediatric Nursing, Telemetry, Cardiac Care, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Dialysis, Home Health, and Long-Term Care.
Role Overview :The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings and specialties, including Medical-Surgical, ICU, ER, OR, L&D, NICU, Pediatric Nursing, Telemetry, Cardiac Care, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Dialysis, Home Health, and Long-Term Care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor patient health conditions, document clinical observations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor medical equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records adhering to healthcare standards and regulations.
- Active RN license.
- Experience in hospital, clinical, or specialty nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and patient populations.
