Job Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) Manager of Clinical Homecare – Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. Agency:
Beaumont Home Health & Hospice. $10,000 sign‑on bonus. One holiday on‑call and rotating weekend on‑call.

- Provide oversight of all personnel and patient care services.
- Monitor compliance, quality and safety of services following clinical processes.
- Ensure start‑of‑care compliance and monitor assigned outcome measures.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and manage patient staffing as needed.
- Process complaint workflow, report staffing trends, neglect, abuse or theft.
- Complete patient visits as needed and assist with patient issues.
- Manage budget: monitor supply costs, overtime, staffing, bonuses and visits per episode.
- Select and onboard staff; develop training plans.
- Collaborate with intake to manage referral volume based on staffing availability.
- Maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled facilities, assisted living, and families.
- Oversee liaison and clinical staff, ensure charting completion, and identify education needs.
- Manage on‑call, PTO, call offs; review daily/weekly productivity to ensure proper staffing coverage.
- Minimize patient risk by ensuring quality and safety of services.
- Review clinical documentation and stay current on Medicare, federal, insurance, company, and hospital guidelines, policies and protocols.
- Compassionate communicator with a positive attitude.
- Patience and teamwork with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
- Attention to detail, observant, and follows directions.
- Critical thinker with problem‑solving ability for clinical needs.
- Current RN or PT license in state of employment.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as RN or PT in an acute care setting.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name.
- Capable of all physical demands required for the role.
