- 17-week contract with strong potential to convert based on performance
- Candidates will be supporting the Home Health department with the patient load in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.
- You should anticipate a case load of approximately 6 patient visits per day with an average of 40-60 miles driven per day. Orientation will be 2-4 weeks depending on individual acuity and will take place with a preceptor.
- REQUIRED:
Current MI RN licensure, BLS certification through AHA, Minimum of 1 year of Home Health RN experience, current valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
