- Minimum 2 years of Quality Control experience required
- Very proficient with measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, drop gages, pin gages, go & no-go gages, etc)
- Familiar with GD&T drawing symbols and blueprint interpretation
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001
- Experience with SPC (statistical process controls), data entry, control charting and understanding of trends
- Must be highly quality conscious, detail oriented
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures
- Able to complete control charts and process paperwork correctly and efficiently
- Able to generate documented reports as required
- Able to follow tasked to completion as directed by Quality Manager
- Good communication skills and team mentality
- Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record
