Job Overview
We are seeing Temporarary Archives Support for our Archives and Document Management team in Mattawan, MI
.
The Archives Support role will be responsible for supporting project work as directed by Archives management; verifying study-related records, biological specimens, and study samples.
The pay for this position is $17.00/hr USD. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
Job Description- Perform functions as directed in support of inventory verification.
- Perform all procedures in compliance with applicable regulatory standards (protocols, methods, SOPs, etc.).
- Identify and communicate any issues with data to management.
- Follow archive security procedures and maintain the integrity of archived materials.
- Perform tasks including but not limited to, organizing, filing, and retrieving study related records, biological specimens, and samples.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Education and Experience: HS/GED required. No previous experience required.
- Certification/Licensure: None.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Demonstrated effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice.
- Ability to work under specific time constraints.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without a sponsor visa, now or in the future.
