** Quality Engineer
** to join their team. As a  
** Quality Engineer** , you will be part of the  
** Quality Department
** supporting the  
** Manufacturing, Assembly, and Engineering Teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills
** which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $38 - $43

** What's the Job?*
* + Coordinate quality objectives with manufacturing, engineering, and other cross-functional departments.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives through error-proofing and mistake-proofing processes.

+ Analyze assembly process and SPC data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

+ Utilize Advanced Quality Tools, including PFMEA, to ensure quality standards are met throughout assembly operations.

+ Support engine assembly operations in a hands-on plant environment while driving issues to closure through quality feedback loops.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

+ 2-4 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or related field.

+ Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and CMM operations.

+

Experience with SPC analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and evaluate product integrity and compliance to standards.
