Multi-Site Residential & Commercial Property Manager

Barbat Holdings is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 20 residential and commercial rental properties across Metro Detroit. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can manage multiple locations, lead teams, and keep properties operating smoothly while maintaining strong tenant and resident relationships.

You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations, leasing oversight, maintenance coordination, compliance, and overall performance of the portfolio.

Location: Office based in West Bloomfield, MI + travel to properties around Metro Detroit

Compensation: $70,000 annually

Schedule: Full-time, M-F 9AM-5PM

• Manage daily operations for a portfolio of 20 properties between West Bloomfield and Metro Detroit.
• Oversee onsite staff, maintenance teams, and third‑party vendors.
• Manage leasing, billing, collections, and tenant communication.
• Track occupancy, approve invoices, and monitor property performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and routine property inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Michigan landlord‑tenant laws and safety standards.
• Handle property improvements and capital projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residential and commercial tenants.

• Minimum 4 years of property management experience (multi‑site required).
• Experience with both residential and commercial properties is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Michigan rental laws.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations.
• Professional, dependable, and self‑motivated.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
