This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent at US Investor Group. You have the opportunity to step into a role with IMMEDIATE business/closings. Take on a listing from day 1 - work with high-net-worth investors. Must be motivated and must be willing to start work in the mornings, even if remote.

Most favorable commission splits in the industry & no rent paid to brokerage!
* This is a fully commission-based job and you would be hired as an independent contractor.

• An active real estate license in the State of Michigan is preferred. If no license is active, applicants must be willing to take the necessary coursework to obtain a license and pass the state exam.
• Native fluency in either Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is strongly preferred.
• Tech-savvy applicants with a strong command of programs such as Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Docu Sign etc preffered.
• Social media marketing skills as well as ability to utilize AI also preferred.
