Location:

Package: $140,000-$180,000 Base Salary, 10% bonus & additional benefits.
Company OverviewIrving Knight are partnered with a global multimillion dollar lubricant and metalworking fluid chemical manufacturer. The role will lead the R&D team for formulation and working directly with customers for end to end laboratory customisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Execute end-to-end laboratory analysis through direct, hands‑on benchwork.
- Maintain expert‑level knowledge of safety protocols and technical reporting standards.
- Mentor and supervise laboratory technicians to ensure high training standards and operational excellence.
- Experience
:
Metalworking fluid, Lubricants, or Coatings hands on formulation or R&D experience - Additional Expertise
:
Experience in Product development and product modifications is preferred.
