THE JOB:

As a Fine Dining Cook I at DPrime Steakhouse, you play a key role in creating an unforgettable culinary experience for our guests. With precision, passion, and refined technique, you'll craft exceptional dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. Collaborating seamlessly with front-of-house staff, you'll help deliver memorable moments that leave a lasting impression long after the final course is served.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.26

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

* Prepares meals and other food items according to assignment by the restaurant chefs

* Works in an ala carte setting with the ability to monitor and control ticket flow and continuity of service

* Uses recipes and a variety of kitchen equipment to sauté, bake, boil, blanch, braise, fry, sear, and steam food to prepare soups, salads, sauces, dressings, and other food items.

* Plate meals or other food items in accordance with plate presentation specifications

* Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards

* Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

* One year food production/preparation experience in a high-volume restaurant establishment preferred

* Food production experience in a 3 diamond or higher rated property preferred

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, and holidays
