The Elwood Bar & Grill is looking to hire for our 2025 season! We will be open for all Tigers Games, Special Events at Both Comerica Park and Ford Field and Lions Games. Candidates must be able to work a flex schedule that mirrors events at Comerica Park and Ford Field - evenings, weekends, day shifts, and holidays are required.
This is a part-time position, and the schedule will most closely align with baseball games, with a "week on, week off" schedule.
Responsibilities- Ensure health and safety standards
- Adherence to procedures and policies (pre-shift, during shift, and post-shift)
- Maintain and clean an organized workspace
- Previous kitchen restaurant experience is required (2+ years), preferably in a high-volume setting (2+ years)
- Must have experience on a grill, deep fryer, and good knife skills
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service
