Retail Customer Service Cashier

Overview

Retail Customer Service Cashier role at Love's Travel Stops. We are seeking friendly team members to provide fast, accurate services for customers in a fast-paced environment.

• General customer service duties including assisting customers in finding items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
• Potential cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Physical ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and to work in various temperatures.

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate teamwork and flexibility.
• Strong customer service orientation with friendly, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to store needs and procedures.
