Sales Clerk Salary: $16.00/hour

$1000 Hiring Bonus & $500 for 6 months, $500 for 12 months service.

Working Hours
:
Monday–Friday, 7:15 am to 3:45 pm. No nights or weekends.

• Welcome customers, maintain product knowledge, assist with merchandise selection.
• Handle cash, checks, credit/debit cards, gift cards; give correct change; process sales.
• Maintain sales records, balance registers, turn in sales reports.
• Perform price changes, promotional displays, and labeling.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory participation.
• Stock and replenish merchandise; keep merchandise neat, presentable.
• Support loss prevention, be proactive about shrink and alert line.
• Follow safety standards and emergency preparedness.
• Complete any other duties as assigned.

Minimum

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent coursework sufficient for understanding stock, inventory, and basic mathematics.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs routinely and 25 lbs occasionally; stand for long periods.

Preferred

• Previous retail merchandising or cashier experience.
