Shift Lead

House of Dank is seeking Shift Leaders for our Fort St. location

What you'll do...

• Assist Walk-In team members with customer service issues such as product questions, pricing issues, etc. (escalate exchanges, returns, and extenuating issues to higher store management)
• Help oversee daily tasks and organization of the sales floor
• Assist the Store Manager in monitoring all employees including Walk-In Team, Curbside Team, Delivery Team, and Inventory Team
• Mentor, motivate, and coach employees to ensure exemplary customer service
• Assist any department in the retail location as needed

What we're looking for...

• Previous cannabis industry experience REQUIRED
• Previous managerial experience is greatly preferred
• Strong familiarity with Metrc and Leaf Logix is greatly preferred
• Open availability REQUIRED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced and ever-changing industry

Must be able to travel to corporate office or current retail locations for training.
