Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for building lasting customer relationships in the produce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.
- Present and promote products to existing and new clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic sales decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
- Assist AR with communication regarding past-due balances and potential interruption to service.
