THE JOBAs an Account Executive at Signal Advisors, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for expanding our independent Financial Advisor base. You are a creative, self‑motivated sales professional who excels at running strategic sales processes. You know how to sell innovation and change by focusing on the customer’s vision and guiding deals forward to a decision.
This role requires a hunter mentality to drive new client acquisition and the ability to maintain a customer‑first mindset with a focus on delivering business value. You will embody our value of urgency by proactively engaging with high‑potential leads.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO- Be responsible for driving full-cycle outbound sales activity, including cold calls, email cadences, delivering marketing materials, and conducting compelling demo meetings.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals by onboarding new independent financial advisors to Signal Advisors.
- Master the ability to evangelize the Signal Advisors story and value proposition to a professional, complex audience.
- Maintain clear Salesforce hygiene including prospect data, forecasts, and detailed account notes.
- Lead with a customer‑first mindset and focus on achieving business value for the advisor.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Success) to ensure a seamless prospect‑to‑client experience and to provide market feedback.
- A self‑starter with a hunter mentality who operates with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding quarterly sales quotas. You possess the internal drive and sense of urgency to proactively drive deals forward.

- You can sell innovation and change and can quickly pivot your strategy based on market feedback or shifting priorities.
- You are meticulous in maintaining accurate and clear details and keeping records and communications organized.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in the financial services industry; IMO or independent financial advisor specific is a plus.
- Previous cold calling and outbound prospecting experience.
