As the only authorized service center for Rhopoint Instruments in North America, the company provides expertise in service, calibration, and repairs for its products.
This is a part-time, on-site role located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area for an Inside Sales Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, following up on potential business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting clients with sales and product-related questions. Additionally, the Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the wider sales team to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Inside Sales, including lead identification and follow‑up
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and strategies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven experience in Sales and achieving targets
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required
