- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of quota-based sales experience or 5 years of similar experience

- Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel extensively and interact with healthcare providers on-site
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales
- Experience with complex sales strategies to sell solutions across multiple levels
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
