• Lead the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new business opportunities across the region.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by targeting high‑value accounts and uncovering untapped market segments.
• Represent the company in the field, strengthening brand presence and driving sustained regional expansion.
• Demonstrate a strong background in direct customer sales, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Adopt a relationship‑focused approach to managing and growing existing customers within the assigned territory.

• Apply your knowledge of chemical solutions for Paint Pre‑treatment, Process Cleaning, Corrosion & Wear Resistance
  , and related applications.
• Translate technical product value into commercial success, positioning the company as a trusted partner for industrial and manufacturing customers.

• 5+ years of commercial experience in a relevant industry (Industrial Coatings experience also considered).
• A hunter mentality with a proven track record of securing new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Based remotely in Ohio or Michigan
  , with the flexibility to travel throughout the region to engage customers and support growth.
