Bilingual Retail Sales Representative

Pay: $16–$18 per hour plus commission

Average Total Earnings: Approximately $40 per hour, including hourly pay and commission

Lions Wireless is hiring a motivated, bilingual Retail Sales Representative for our Vernor Highway location. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers in either language. You will help customers with AT&T wireless products and services, provide an excellent customer experience, and earn commission by meeting sales goals.

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers with phones, wireless plans, accessories, internet, and other AT&T products
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly in both English and Spanish
• Recommend products and services based on each customer’s needs
• Meet individual and store sales goals
• Process sales, upgrades, account changes, and payments
• Maintain product knowledge and complete required training
• Keep the sales floor organized and presentable

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated by sales goals and commission opportunities
• Dependable, professional, and able to work well with a team
• Comfortable learning new technology and wireless products
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
