Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager providing solutions to the existing and new customer in the Automotive domain.
Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with existing and new customers as their primary point of contact
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
- Work with sales teams to generate new business
Qualifications:
- Educational:
Engineering Degree (Must – Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical), Management Degree (Good to have) - 15+ years' experience in Automotive Engineering Domain, preferably with an OEM or a Tier 1 Suppliers directly or through a service provider
- Good knowledge of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle and understanding of product development process
- Good to have worked in Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS)/Infotainment/ E-Mobility Domain
- Proven experience as a Sales Director for Auto Industry
- Project management experience
- Experience working with Global Teams
- Background in Sales/Pre-Sales and customer relationship management is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Sharp business acumen
- Problem-solving aptitude
Salary Range: $133,518-$175,388 a year
