Job Description

The Showroom Salesperson plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales within a retail flooring environment. This full-time position involves assisting customers, managing orders, and maintaining an attractive showroom setting. Familiarity with specialized sales software, such as RFMS, is beneficial. The role operates within standard business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed, and offers opportunities for growth within the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate flooring products
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Enter and manage orders using specialized sales software
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with RFMS software
• Effective sales techniques and retail operations knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Comprehensive product knowledge
