To date, Cytalux has been used commercially in ~1,500 procedures, including over 1,000 in 2025 which represented 125% growth over 2024.
On Target is seeking a proven Sales Representative to drive the adoption of Cytalux within applicable specialties. This challenging role requires robust and refined skills in launching new technology, ensuring comprehensive training, education, and adoption protocol, along with adaptability in a hospital operating room environment. The Sales Representative will own and ensure standardization of clinical adoption and excellence to drive utilization in the commercial sales organization, working in collaboration with education team, commercial team, and strategic partners.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Director. A successful candidate will draw on their experience of launching disruptive technology, with a demonstrated track record of working with strategic partners.
Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to construct a regional business plan rooted in targeting and meeting with key surgeons, executing critical steps of the sales process, ensuring successful early adoption and driving utilization and overall growth of Cytalux.
Implement CYTALUX training, education, and adoption protocol in collaboration with the On Target sales and education team, and site of care. This role will require working across multiple departments within the hospital, such as the operating room, pre-op, and pharmacy, to ensure account readiness and successful adoption.
Work collaboratively to ensure customers can achieve their clinical and economic goals with the adoption of CYTALUX and overall customer satisfaction driving higher customer utilization rates.
Support the efforts of Regional Sales Manager in the execution of scheduled business reviews which highlight clinical adoption/successes, economic feasibility, referral, and marketing activities.
Maintain a detailed, frequently updated schedule to ensure a comprehensive implementation plan for site readiness and launch.
Lead demonstrations to develop potential new adopters of CYTALUX within the account.
Execute key referral education activities that lead to increased procedure adoption.
Work closely with the Marketing and Education Teams to address barriers to adoption and collaboratively develop tactics to overcome.
Must develop and maintain expert level knowledge of CYTALUX, as well as competitive technology and demonstrate a firm grasp of industry trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant Medical Device/ Healthcare sales required.
