Automotive Account Executive responsible for selling broadcast and digital marketing products to automotive clients across Detroit and the surrounding region. The role requires building new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and collaborating with internal partners to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings with automotive clients.
- Cultivate existing business using the full suite of broadcast and digital products.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and sales operations teams to design and deliver effective marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling sales presentations supported by data and storytelling to meet client objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
- Manage multi‑platform campaigns and deliver regular performance analysis to clients.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to travel to client locations.
- Self‑motivated go‑getter with excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Ability to plan, multi‑task, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Digital or media sales experience.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns.
- Analytics and iHeart or audio advertising background.
- Strong market connections within the automotive sector.
