As a Product Specialist, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience by:

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learning about each customer's needs and helping them explore the best vehicle options.
• Demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
• Assisting with vehicle deliveries to ensure every customer leaves excited about their new purchase.
• Following up with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Collaborating with teammates in a positive, supportive environment focused on shared success.

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Friendly, positive, and personable.
• Strong communicators who enjoy helping others.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using technology and social media.
• Experienced in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales (preferred but not required).
