Regional Sales Manager – Jobsite Power & Lighting
Ready to run a territory like it’s your own business?
We’re working with a fast‑growing manufacturer (25% YOY) whose portable power, lighting, and productivity solutions are seeing tremendous demand across contractor, industrial, and rental channels. They’re expanding in the territory—and you’ll own the region.
Residency anywhere in MI/OH/IN works.

What You’ll Do- Spend time with contractors, distribution partners, industrial accounts, and rental organizations.
- Demo products from your company‑paid truck.
- Manage and expand a well‑established territory with significant growth opportunity.
- Build relationships, drive new business, and grow repeat customers.
- Represent a brand with huge momentum and major product demand.
- Experience selling to contractors (manufacturer / distributor / rep / rental / contractor background).
- Strong people skills and confidence doing hands‑on demos.
- Ability to manage a multi‑state territory and travel ~25–30 %.
- Competitive base + uncapped commissions + annual bonus.
- Factory training + real support.
