Empire Today seeks go-getters to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes, helping find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius, with customers calling for in-home estimates. Use the strength of our well-known brand to generate more money through referrals and prospecting.

Requirements include:

• Valid driver's license, vehicle with space for sample boards, and ability to drive it
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Attend sales meetings and training (in person or virtual)
• Achieve a minimum of self-generated sales monthly
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to use tablets and laser measuring devices for sales
• Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel
