In Home Sales Closing Expert

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an In Home Sales Closing Expert to drive residential exterior remodeling sales across roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation. In this role, you will run company-generated appointments, perform thorough in-home evaluations, and present tailored solutions using premium materials and expert installation standards. You'll own the full sales cycle: build rapport, assess needs, create proposals, handle objections, and close contracts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential homeowners for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation projects
• Perform detailed needs assessments and property evaluations to recommend appropriate solutions
• Deliver professional sales presentations and explain product options, warranties, and installation processes
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company tools and pricing guidelines
• Close sales contracts and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system
• Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure accurate project handoff
• Attend ongoing training on products, construction methods, and sales techniques
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
• Participate in ride-alongs, team meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve results
