Title:
Medical Sales Representative – Urology (Cryotherapy & MRI Fusion Biopsy)
Territory:
Based in Detroit to cover major cities in the upper Midwest, very flexible boarders.

Leading service provider of surgical turnkey urology solutions, specializing in mobile prostate cryotherapy services and advanced biopsy technology. With a mission improve patient outcomes by offering best in class procedural solutions directly to providers in hospital operating rooms and surgical centers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption and utilization of specialty solutions within a new territory
- Building strong partnerships with urology practices, hospitals, and IDNs
- Partner with clinical support colleagues to support clinical procedures
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive growth in biopsy and cryoablation procedures
- Identify and close new business opportunities within urology practices, hospitals, and health systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, office staff, and clinical stakeholders
- Coordinate and drive trial processes, evaluations, and product approvals
- Deliver compelling product presentations and clinical education tailored to customer needs
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM (Hub Spot)
- Collaborate with clinical specialists and leadership to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support
- 2–5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience in hospital or surgical centers
- Familiarity with hospital systems, IDNs, and navigate private practice dynamics
- Urology experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence clinical stakeholders
- Comfortable in a procedural environment (OR and office-based cases)
- High level of accountability, work ethic, and integrity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as you plan for yourself
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirements
