binske and ONI are two leading Colorado-based cannabis brands known for innovative genetics and artistry in cannabis culture. binske is celebrated for its award-winning edibles, flower, and concentrates, while ONI is a legacy breeder and solventless-focused brand recognized for creating some of the most iconic strains like Tropicanna Cookies and Papaya. Together, our brands represent quality, creativity, and a dedication to providing consumers with memorable experiences.

The position is hourly, $20.00-$25.00 hourly DOE, with mileage reimbursement at 72.5¢/mile.

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and sales-driven Brand Ambassador to represent both binske and ONI through in-store promotions and pop-up events across Colorado. The role is focused on selling through to consumers (B2C), educating shoppers on our product offerings, and ensuring sell-through during each event. Success in this role is measured by sales performance at each pop-up, making a strong sales background essential.

Candidates must be dependable, flexible with scheduling (including evenings and weekends), and comfortable adapting to last-minute changes. A passion for cannabis, confidence in engaging with diverse consumers, and the ability to consistently close sales are key to thriving in this role.

• Execute in-store promos and pop-up events for both binske and ONI brands.
• Drive sales through consumer education and engagement.
• Submit post-event reports via Google Forms, including sales results, customer feedback, and merchandising insights.
• Ensure event tables and displays align with brand aesthetics and professionalism.
• Represent the brands with an energetic, approachable, and polished demeanor.

• Meet or exceed B2C sales goals for each assigned event.
• Effectively communicate product benefits and brand stories to diverse consumers.
• Build strong relationships with dispensary staff and ensure continued support for our brands.
• Identify and share consumer trends, buying habits, and promotional feedback with the sales and marketing teams.

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing B2C sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while being part of a larger team.
• Strong time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, creative, and able to maintain a professional, positive attitude in busy retail environments.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and consistent ability to travel.
• Must be 21+ and actively hold a Colorado MED badge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
