Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and enroll Adult Accelerated and Public Safety students through proactive outreach, relationship-based recruitment, personalized advising, and consistent follow-up using Salesforce, Zoom Info, Microsoft Teams, and multiple communication channels.
  • Manage and advance an active admissions pipeline by developing relationships with prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, addressing questions and potential barriers, and guiding students from inquiry through application, enrollment, registration, and start.
  • Meet established enrollment and recruitment activity goals while delivering a highly supportive, student-centered admissions experience tailored to working adults and Public Safety professionals.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase inquiries, applications, enrollments, and starts among Adult Accelerated and Public Safety student populations.
  • Conduct consistent and proactive outreach through phone, text, email, Salesforce, Zoom Info, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments.
  • Take ownership of assigned prospective students from initial inquiry through successful enrollment and start.
  • Use a relationship-based recruitment approach to understand prospective students' professional goals, educational needs, concerns, and decision making factors.
  • Clearly communicate Cleary University's academic programs and the benefits of accelerated education for working adults and Public Safety professionals.
  • Effectively address questions and concerns related to cost, time, transfer credit, work schedules, tuition reimbursement, and returning to school.
  • Clearly communicate next steps, requirements, and deadlines to help prospective students progress through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-up throughout the admissions cycle.
  • Re-engage inactive leads, incomplete applicants, previous inquiries, and other prospective student populations to identify additional enrollment opportunities.
  • Lead presentations, information sessions, and 1:1 advising appointments tailored to adult learners and Public Safety professionals.
  • Represent Cleary University at police departments, fire departments, correctional facilities, Public Safety agencies, employer sites, community organizations, and recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with Enrollment Leadership to identify admissions barriers and recommend solutions to improve the prospective student experience and enrollment outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
