Sales Development Representative

Globe Life seeks a Sales Development Representative to fuel growth in our life and supplemental health insurance lines. In this performance-driven, team-oriented role, you will generate and qualify leads, conduct high-volume outbound outreach, and schedule consultations for senior sales representatives. You'll leverage a consultative, ethical sales approach to understand customer needs, educate families on financial protection options, and create a healthy pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads for life and supplemental health insurance products
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to targeted prospects
• Schedule sales appointments and product consultations for senior sales representatives or agents
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and align them with Globe Life offerings
• Maintain accurate, timely records of activities and opportunities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and underwriting teams to improve lead quality and conversion
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and opportunity-generation goals
• Participate in ongoing training on products, compliance, and ethical sales practices
