What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners face-to-face throughout the Cincinnati area
• Educate homeowners on renewable energy solutions and enrollment options
• Build rapport quickly and communicate confidently with a wide range of customers
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage your pipeline
• Work toward weekly activity and performance goals
• Participate in daily coaching, training, and team development
• Work independently in the field while remaining accountable to team goals

What You'll Earn

• Weekly pay, uncapped commission structure

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM (including a 1-hour lunch)

Sales, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, athletics, or other people-facing experience is a plus, but we care more about work ethic, communication, and coachability than your previous job title.
