Weed Man Kalamazoo is hiring for a Customer Outreach Representative. The role focuses on door-to-door lead generation, serving as the first contact for prospective customers. You will canvas neighborhoods, interact with prospects, and generate no-obligation lawn care quotes with a daily bonus opportunity on top of hourly wages.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–6:00 pm, totaling 23–30 hours weekly. Prior customer service experience and the ability to work outside in all weather are required.
