As a Stryker Endoscopy Sales Representative, you are a trusted partner in brilliant visualization and unrivaled connected operating‑room solutions. Stryker provides you with market‑leading technologies that enable you to dominate market share, distinguish anatomy across minimally invasive procedures, and offer a personalized experience to medical professionals.
What You Will DoPromote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use, educate doctors, nurses, and other staff on proper use and maintenance, direct product evaluations in OR and office settings, assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings, keep the regional manager informed of territory progress, solve product problems for customers, and assist in the training and development of sales personnel.
Experience/skillsRequired
- 2‑5 years in an outside sales position (medical related experience preferred).
- Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus five years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience including operating room experience.
- Ability to negotiate price and terms of transactions between Stryker and its customers.
- Fundamental understanding of all products and ability to disseminate this knowledge.
- Effective response to customer questions and resolution of challenges.
- Ability to analyze and prioritize market potential based on call patterns.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication with large groups of people and via telephone and electronic means (email, text, etc.).
- Operates common office equipment (smartphone, tablet, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
- Medium work:
Exert up to fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally and/or up to twenty (20) pounds of force frequently to move objects. - Up to 20% overnight travel annually.

Base/Draw and Commission: $60,000 draw plus eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses.
