Sales Support Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Sales Operations team supporting various internal departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Coordinate purchase order processing and manage order entry activities with internal stakeholders.

+ Track order status and proactively communicate updates through fulfillment and delivery stages.

+ Serve as the primary liaison for Customer Operations & Support (COS) activities related to sales transactions.

+ Facilitate training registrations and scheduling for customers and internal teams.

+ Create and coordinate service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with relevant teams.

** What's Needed?*
* + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

+ At least 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order management roles.

+ Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
