Responsibilities- Identify new bearing and powertrain business opportunities.
- Build relationships across customer purchasing, engineering, quality, plant, and executive teams.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations while coordinating technical solutions with application engineering.
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact through launch and post-launch support.
- Resolve customer concerns and help deliver successful program launches.
- Four-year degree; business or engineering preferred.
- At least 5 years of customer-facing experience with an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier in account management, application engineering, or program management.
- Strong sales, negotiation, customer support, and program management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed, potentially one week per quarter.
