Detroit, MI (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

About the Role

Join a growing Hematology/Oncology research team supporting Phase I studies. This position focuses on clinical

data management, including data entry, query resolution, audit preparation, and monitor visit coordination. You'll work alongside clinical coordinators, regulatory staff, and research nurses in a collaborative environment with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

+ Collect and enter clinical research data from EMR systems (preferably EPIC)

+ Manage data uploads and maintain study databases

+ Resolve data queries and ensure data accuracy

+ Assist with audit preparation and regulatory compliance

+ Coordinate monitor visits and study documentation

+ Collaborate with cross-functional research teams

+ Support additional data and administrative activities as needed

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 1+ year of experience with clinical research data management

+ Experience collecting and entering data from EMRs

+ Experience resolving data queries and supporting audits

+ Familiarity with EPIC or a similar EMR platform

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Adaptability and ability to manage changing priorities

+ Oncology or Hematology research experience

+ Phase I clinical trial experience

+ SOCRA or ACRP certification (or interest in obtaining certification)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Detroit, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.65/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
