Allied Universal - Up to $18.35/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical facility disturbances, visitor issues, and access concerns.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of corridors, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and policy violations.;
Monitor access points and assist with directing foot traffic, supporting visitor management processes, and reporting suspicious behavior.;
Document and communicate security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual activity through written reports and timely notifications to site leadership and emergency responders as required.
