Surveillance Operator Level 1

Position: Surveillance Operator Level 1 - FT
* Monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and other surveillance equipment to observe all gaming and non-gaming areas.

* Detect and report suspicious activity, violations of gaming regulations, theft, cheating, and other incidents.

* Document incidents in detailed reports and provide video evidence when applicable.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable gaming regulations, company policies, and surveillance procedures.

* Assist in investigations as directed.

* Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Ability to evaluate and identify deviations from established standards and procedures and prepare a Surveillance Incident Report for each deviation.

* Surveillance or loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
