Liberty Security Group is now hiring for full time Command Center Operators to join our Team. Midnight Shifts available. Located in Corktown-Detroit, Mi.

Hourly Rate: $19.00 to start

Candidates must:

• Have flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)

Officer Responsibilities:

Duties Include:

• Monitor alarms and CCTV systems.
• Conduct camera surveys.
• Operate the telephone system and answer incoming calls.
• Issue and collect incident reports.
• Provide support to operations by routing call information to the appropriate departments.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, vendors, law enforcement, and security personnel via phone or email.
• Process and assess information received from various sources and follow the appropriate communication and dispatch procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations staff to support various activities such as post staffing, officer dispatch, and incident reporting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to prepare reports.
• Capacity to prioritize workload based on urgency.
• Proficiency with advanced computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Effective communication skills with Human Resources and Security operations professionals.
• Experience operating radio, telephone equipment, and/or console monitors.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and work under pressure.
