Security Officer Part Time Checkpoint

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, clergy, volunteers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, helping to control access by verifying identification, visitor authorization, and/or delivery credentials in accordance with site protocols;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention;
Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and provide clear directions and assistance to guests within a cultural institution environment
