Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location protocols, offering directions and assistance while supporting a professional environment;
Assist with de-escalation support and other security-related responses involving patients and/or visitors, following post orders and reporting procedures
