Security Officer Alarm Panel Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Monitor front desk activity, manage access control processes, verify visitor information, and direct individuals to the appropriate contact or location;
Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Answer questions, document site activity, and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Help to support a professional lobby presence by observing surroundings, reporting unusual activity, and following post instructions at the front desk
