Security Officer Patrol Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized access, observe site conditions, and support daily operations with professional presence and clear communication;
Assist with reporting maintenance-related issues, policy violations, and other property concerns discovered during patrols, following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures
