Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout utility-related buildings, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to enforce location rules regarding restricted or controlled areas;
Support day-to-day security-related operations by communicating with personnel, observing site conditions, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or policy-related issues
