We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at our industrial facility. You will lead our on-site team and report directly to the Chief of Security.

• Position: Security Supervisor
• Schedule: Day Shift, Full-Time
• Compensation: $25.00 per hour, biweekly pay frequency

• Supervise Staff: Lead, train, and schedule security personnel. Responsible for any disciplinary actions
• Monitor Operations: Oversee gate access, patrols, and heavy machinery perimeter surveillance. Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Enforce Protocols: Ensure strict compliance with safety and hazard policies.
• Incident Response: Act as first responder to site emergencies and disturbances.
• Report Writing: Document detailed incident logs for the Chief of Security.
• Inspect Equipment: Verify that all security systems function properly.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional security experience.
• Licensing: Must possess current CPL or CCW license.
• Leadership: Proven track record managing or supervising a security team.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Problem Solving: Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
• Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening and have a clean driving record.

• Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Mobility: Capability to patrol expansive indoor and outdoor grounds.
• Stamina: Comfort working around active environments.
