Flex Security Officer – Detroit Area
$15/hr | Paid Training | Career Growth

Liberty Security Group is hiring Flex Security Officers! Work across high‑profile sites in Detroit and gain top‑level security experience. Flex Officers are highly valued, receive priority for leadership opportunities, and help set the standard for professionalism and customer service.
What You’ll Do:- Patrol and inspect assigned sites
- Observe, report, and respond to incidents
- Enforce client rules and maintain safety
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clean criminal background (no felonies, violent/fraud misdemeanors, or weapons charges)
- Available at least two shifts/week (days, afternoons, midnights) including weekends
- Valid driver’s license or state & reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, team player, customer service mindset
- Access to a working cell phone
