Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to questions in a professional manner;
Monitor access at the front desk, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor records, and direct guests to appropriate campus locations;
Observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility-related issues to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures;
Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
