Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.;
Assist with visitor access procedures, directions, and escort requests while maintaining a professional and compassionate presence in patient care areas.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
